I love helping people build self-awareness because I was raised in a family where people lived unconsciously and didn’t understand how their thoughts, emotions or behaviors affected them or the people around them. Living in this reactive environment was difficult because all my family’s stuff would get on me and make me feel awful.
For many years, I struggled with the garbage and false self-image my family had projected onto me. I didn’t know who I was or where I was going and I didn’t like myself. That all changed one day many years ago when I decided to listen to my own inner voice and follow a path that made sense to me.
Years later, I have the privilege of helping people get rid of the junk that gets in the way of their personal or professional growth. It’s amazing how happy people are when they discover that they don’t have to keep repeating the same misery-inducing patterns. Becoming more self-aware is a wonderful process; it gives you the opportunity to get to know who you are at your core and live a deeply meaningful and fulfilling life.
I appreciate connecting with open-minded, compassionate, creative, kind people who are ready to take a look at themselves and live conscious lives. I hope you enjoy my blog, please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
