How to be happy? Increase your self-awareness. It sounds simple but I’ve worked with many accomplished, intelligent people over the years who do not yet understand the connection between building self-awareness and being happy. Thankfully, the answer isn’t complicated, all it takes is the willingness to look at your thoughts, emotions and behaviors and make changes where appropriate. The more you understand yourself the happier you’ll be and the better you’ll treat yourself and others.
